Mark Cepparo

Mark is responsible for supporting the mortgage origination team in underwriting, and structuring of mortgage and equity lending opportunities in addition to supporting the management of the existing mortgage portfolio of Community Capital Inc.

Prior to joining Community Capital Inc., Mark previously worked for a boutique real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial development. Mark’s prior roles consisted of underwriting acquisition and development opportunities and managing a portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets.

Mark is a graduate of DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University with a specialization in Finance.
